Who I am

Hello! I’m Natalie Wilson, a senior marketing executive with 20+ years of experience building brands, teams, campaigns, and customer experiences that drive measurable business growth.

My background spans fintech, payments, banking, B2B marketing, partner and channel strategy, events, communications, demand generation, sales enablement, employee engagement, and creative execution. I’ve led high-performing teams, managed multimillion-dollar budgets, built scalable marketing programs, and partnered closely with sales, product, finance, and executive leadership to move businesses forward.

I’m at my best in organizations that value collaboration, accountability, smart ideas, and meaningful momentum. I enjoy building teams, simplifying complex challenges, connecting marketing to revenue, and creating work that people are proud to stand behind.

I believe in the balance of work and family. On the personal side, I live with my husband of 15 years, two boys and one cat. A fun fact is that we all have names starting with the letter N: Nate, Natalie, Nolan, Nash, and Nacho Cheese. In my spare time, I love to play tennis, sing my heart out in karaoke, and spend quality time with family and friends.
